What are U.S. persons obligated to do with property of a person listed under Executive Order 13608?
OFAC's answer
Property of an [Executive Order 13608](https://ofac.treasury.gov/media/5926/download?inline)-listed person is not blocked, but U.S. persons must have authorization from OFAC to provide or procure such property to or from a listed person, or to provide or procure services to or from a listed person in connection with such property. Additionally, wire transfers involving the assets of an Executive Order 13608-listed person must be rejected.
