How do I know whether a person is identified under E.O. 13608?
OFAC's answer
On December 18, 2025, the remaining name on the FSE list was removed. As a result, the FSE list is currently empty. However, new names may be added to this list at any time in the future. Please refer to the [Foreign Sanctions Evaders (FSE) List](https://ofac.treasury.gov/consolidated-sanctions-list/foreign-sanctions-evaders-fse-list).
