What is an example of goods otherwise coming into contact with Iran?

OFAC's answer

Goods have come into contact with Iran, if, for example, they are [removed from a port or airport in Iran](https://ofac.treasury.gov/faqs/485) or are processed through Iranian customs, or if they transit Iran by truck or train en route to a destination outside of Iran.
