[E.O.13808](https://ofac.treasury.gov/media/5476/download?inline) does not prohibit U.S. persons from extending credit for longer than 90 days (for PdVSA) or 30 days (for the rest of the Government of Venezuela) to non-sanctioned parties for the purpose of purchasing goods or services from the Government of Venezuela, so long as the Government of Venezuela is not the indirect borrower.
