Summary

General License CC, issued under Executive Order 13902, authorizes transactions otherwise prohibited by E.O. 13902 that are ordinarily incident and necessary to the wind down of transactions involving three named Golden Global entities and any entity 50% or more owned by them. The authorization is time-limited and requires that any payment to a blocked person be made into a blocked, interest-bearing account in the United States. Transactions involving other persons blocked under E.O. 13902 are not covered unless separately authorized.

• Wind down of transactions involving Golden Global Yatirim Bankasi Anonim Sirketi
• Wind down of transactions involving Golden Global Varlik Kiralama Anonim Sirketi
• Wind down of transactions involving Golden Global Portfoy Yonetimi Anonim Sirketi
• Wind down of transactions involving any entity 50% or more owned (directly or indirectly, individually or in aggregate) by one or more of the above listed persons

Conditions

Any payment to a blocked person must be made into a blocked, interest-bearing account located in the United States. The license does not authorize transactions involving any person blocked pursuant to E.O. 13902 other than the specifically listed blocked persons, unless separately authorized.
