Blocked: on the SDN List

On OFAC's Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List since Oct 21, 2026. A party on the SDN List is blocked: its property and interests in property in the United States or in the possession or control of a U.S. person are blocked, and U.S. persons are generally prohibited from dealing with it. OFAC's list records the programs, not which of them the block rests on. What the list records, not legal advice on what applies to a particular transaction.
